Returns Policy


I believe in customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please return them within 21 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the product within 3 working days of receipt of goods. THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR RETURNS and you will receive a full refund!

Delivery

I post Monday to Friday and aim to post goods within 24 hours of payment and I obtain a certificate of posting for all orders.

Postage and Packing

Postage is worked out by weight and can be checked as you shop by looking at your shopping basket on the righthand side of the page.

I try to keep the cost of postage to the actual Royal Mail Packet rate plus approx. 10p for packaging.

Goods will be sent using Royal Mail First Class, Second Class or Parcel Post for the UK, depending on your choice, and Royal Mail Air Mail to countries outside of the UK.

When you place an order with Knit-N-Bitch.co.uk, you are emailed a confirmation of your order, and emailed again once your order has been dispatched.
